Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India and was initially reserved for yogis and the Brahmin caste to overcome illness. It has since developed through various religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Zenism. Practicing yoga involves physical training, breathing exercises, and mental focus to achieve balance in body, mind, and spirit.
